Syed Nakib Sadi is a young academic, language trainer, and translator. After completing his
MA in Applied Linguistics and ELT in 2017 from the Department of English, he completed
CELTA back in 2020. He is currently working as a Lecturer at the Department of English,
Metropolitan University in Sylhet.
Apart from teaching ELT-related courses, he provides IELTS sessions and communication
skills training to people from various walks of life. As a translator, he worked with multiple
reputed organizations from the development sector. Additionally, he has the experience of
developing academic content for some of the leading publishing houses and educational
institutions of Bangladesh. He is currently involved with EDAS as an Executive Member.
His major academic interests include- curriculum development, language training, and
material design.
