Durdana Kabir is a passionate HR Leader with over 20 years of strategic and operational experience in complex and volatile market, driving people agenda with high engagement and motivation. She graduated with a Masters in English Literature from the Department of English, University of Dhaka in 1995. She also completed her Executive MBA course with a major in HR from North South University, Dhaka in 2010. Her distinctive strengths lie in the formulation of HR strategy with business imperatives, development of quick responses to complex and challenging business situations with innovative solutions, as well as strong management of internal and external stakeholders. She was the first female Mancom in Nestle Bangladesh and was appointed as an Executive Board Member. Currently, she is working as the Regional Head of Talent (Central & West Africa) – a post she has been holding since March 2021.
